The appointment in Outlook that is copied from traced appointment will not synchronize to Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online

The end users want to trace appointments automaticaly. However, if you copy the traced appointment in Outlook, it looks like traced but never be syncronized to the Web Client.

It is a little bit inconvenient to click "Trace" everytime when you create an appointment in Outlook.

Ability to auto-sync Contact List in Outlook Client with Dynamics CRM Online and share the contact information with other users

Currently if you want to sync Contact List in Outlook Client, you just need to click 'Track' button there but it only sync with Personal Contact.
