Existing customer - Leads
Current lead functionality is wasting time (intention for any CRM is to save time also) - when creating lead you first fill in contact and account data and only later you get popup that records may exist. What is the point of submitting all data and then finding out that it was for nothing.
Activities show "Lead Contact" but not Lead Topic/Name. Cant find leads if one contact has 10+ different leads.
