I hope you’re doing well. I would like to suggest an enhancement to the lead disqualification process within D365. Currently, when disqualifying a lead, there is a sub-menu that allows users to select a disqualification reason status.
To improve this process, I propose adding an additional pop-up that appears after selecting the disqualification status (like the approach in Opportunity (close as won)). This pop-up would include a description field where users can provide a detailed reason for disqualifying the lead. This enhancement would ensure more accurate data capture, offer better insights into lead management, and improve reporting and analysis.
