This is already possible. If the link to profile image is available in a column of Contact or a related table, it can be easily inserted (see  Personalize content using predefined dynamic text - Dynamics 365 Customer Insights | Microsoft Learn - the page described dynamic text but the same concept is available for image URL insertion).
