For fields we are specifying as datatype=Currency, if we dynamically populate that value in an email, it should populate appropriately.
Currently, it will populate correctly on the contact form ($1,200.00), but when we populate it in an email, it will send as (1200) with no currency symbol, no commas, and no decimal points or precision values.

This is a great suggestion! We recently encountered the same issue. On our main form the currency field is populated correctly as " kr 16 427,25", while in an email it is populated as "kr 16427.25". This can be confusing and easily misread.
