Currently, it will populate correctly on the contact form ($1,200.00), but when we populate it in an email, it will send as (1200) with no currency symbol, no commas, and no decimal points or precision values.

Yes please! Customer Insights a marketing tool, so the presentation of data is all-important. All our clients who use this feature have want it to be able to display currency amounts correctly, just like they want dates formatted correctly for their region.

@Product Team Please take a look into this, as it’s important for transactional emails.

We are facing the same limitation and can strongly support this request. Many of our customers are asking for this feature — especially for the use case of order confirmations. They want to send professional mailings throughout the entire customer journey of a webshop order. It seems there is currently no workaround, as PowerFX fields have limitations when working with currency fields or displaying comma separators.@Community – Has anybody found a viable workaround?@Product Team – Will this issue be addressed in the future?

This issue still hasn’t been resolved — monetary fields in emails continue to lose their formatting (no currency symbol, commas, or decimals). It’s been several years since this was raised, and it’s still impacting users. @Product Team, could you please confirm how many votes are needed for this idea to move forward for implementation?

We need this issue resolved so that we can use Customer Insights for transactional emails.

It would be great to implement it also for whole numbers. Currently, it will not do the comma seperation.

This is a great suggestion! We recently encountered the same issue. On our main form the currency field is populated correctly as " kr 16 427,25", while in an email it is populated as "kr 16427.25". This can be confusing and easily misread.

Thank you for your feedback!
This is a great suggestion! However, we feel there should be more community votes to have this idea implemented.
Sincerely,
