Give boolean options "or" and "not" for lead scoring inclusions.
One use case is Form Visit "but not" Form Completed would be very useful. using a negative maybe they visited once but filled out 2 would start to give negatives since they won't exactly cancel out.

Our Business users would like to see marketing email opens and clicks to be included in Opportunity scoring. It adds to the overall picture of the salability of a contact.

Wish there is an option to easily identify, maintain, inquiry and track prospect research backgrounds, basing mainly on potential interest, sales values, royalties.... may not be enough, when potentially creating a customer journey-campaign.
