While registering for a course through Employee Self Service the course details like Course Description, Target Audience, Course objectives and Course Subjects should be visible to employees. This way they will have a better understanding about the course.

Availability of the learning and development entities in CDS

Since we want to integrate Core HR with Learning Management systems it would be great to have the Learning and Development entities like courses, agenda, sessions, etc available in CDS.

Display course in Outlook calendar

Once a course participant is confirmed on the course it would be nice if the course is also dipslayed in the Outlook calendar of the course participant. If possible the course participant could also cancel the course via the Outlook Calender item by removing it.

Show courses in ESS for a specific group

For the moment we can only indicate that a course is visible on ESS (allow employee self registration) or not. Most of our clients also want to display courses only for a specific group of users. This can be role based, or user group based, or based on department, ...

Need the hyperlink to back to the detail of Goal in the Review

We can add the Goal in the Review form, but can't drop in to check the detail of the goal. Need this feature enhancement to improve the user efficiency.

Courses to be re-openned if held again eg Annually

This came from a customer, when a course is set up, employees attend, then the course is closed. A new course needs to be openned for the next occasion of the course. A function to re-purpose courses would be great.

Course Requisition from ESS

One of our customers need the ability to let employees submit requisition for new courses to be created, through Employee Self Service. Talent currently lets employees register in courses through ESS, but employees cannot ask for courses to be created.
