While registering for a course through Employee Self Service the course details like Course Description, Target Audience, Course objectives and Course Subjects should be visible to employees. This way they will have a better understanding about the course.

It would be great to also add attachments (e.g. agenda) or links to the courses + the supervisor should also be able to see the course's details. Right now the training module is very limited and not user friendly.

When will this idea be revisited by Microsoft? It's the most voted idea for Learning and Developmet and it's crucial for your customers and their employees so they could find fitting courses and be provided with decent amount of information when registering to a course. It's also crucial to know which courses are already fully booked and which still have room for new participants.

In addition to the previously reported, also the following information is missing from the employee self service/Open courses:
- Is the course already fully booked
- max number of participants
- Number of already registered participants

Employee self service (ESS) is very important to the customers. Employee self service will be available to all employees in the companies in different customers – when ESS will be a good experience to all those employees it will growth up the value of the system and usage.

When employee will not see all information of the course, it can lead to misunderstanding. Specially in health care industry information related to the courses, certificates, skills and other capability information is very important and there is no option to have unclear information and actions. Now a days in health care will also have very rush time and you should have all information at once to manage.
