Show courses in ESS for a specific group

For the moment we can only indicate that a course is visible on ESS (allow employee self registration) or not. Most of our clients also want to display courses only for a specific group of users.
This can be role based, or user group based, or based on department, ...

I agree with everything above. I would also like to add that courses are restricted to specific legal entities, therefore courses in ESS only can be viewed by employees in that legal entity. Allowing more customization in the target group (legal entity, department, type of positions, etc) will definitely make the functionality more viable. Right now we have to create the same course multiple times in different legal entities, add employees manually or open for their access. Neither of these solutions are feasible.

Definitely yes! We will have 1000 employees in Talent soon and there is a plenty of courses organized for specific departments or groups. I am currently unable to determine which group the course is intended for and I have to manually check for unauthorized presence.
