Assign HR Employee Attendance Time Codes with Employee Class
This step frequently gets missed for new employees. Could the Attendance Time Codes be assigned with Employee Class defaults? This would save users a lot of keystrokes.
W-2 4UP Laser Form with Box
It would be great to have the ability to print W-2 forms in the 4Up laser format with the boxes. It seems like most other payroll software has this feature. The 1 Wide - form with box is a nice addition, but is only helpful for printing the employer copies.
Add fields for Step 4a and 4b to Dynamics GP on the 2020 W4 form

Add Local Tax Codes to the Payroll Code Modifier
Add Local Tax Codes as an option in the Payroll Code Modifier to give client the ability to change/update local tax codes as needed.
Update Payroll Generate ACH window
Update the Payroll Generate ACH window. Make the list of payrolls descending instead of ascending for those clients who do not delete payroll builds.
Provide a way to delete multiple builds instead of either deleting all or one at a time.
Ability to save the Payroll Transaction defaults to a batch
When you enter payroll transactions in a batch, we have Transaction Defaults Pay Period From and To Days Worked Weeks Worked When I close the batch entry window Then go back to key more trx the defaults are lost It would be nice if we saved the defaults to the batch id/ header table so they do...
This was added in the 18.5 release.

Tracking Payroll items posted to Suspense Account
It would be super helpful if the Payroll GL Distribution entry was not summarized by the employee check, so it would be easier to track back to which payroll code caused an entry to hit a Suspense Account. Right now we have to compare the Employee Check Header information, the Check Transaction ...
With the Lifecycle of Dynamics GP at this time, this suggestion would be out of scope.

1094 C Section III & IV
Would like to see GP print the entire 1094 even though it is not able to populate the Sections III and IV of the form(Leave them blank, and warn to complete). IRS is fining companies who did not manually file this portion of the report filing only what GP printed assuming that was all that was...

Allow Payroll Integration to Payables (PIP) work with FUTA/SUTA posting
Right now PIP works for federal, state, local tax, deduction and benefits.
I would like to see PIP work for the FUTA and SUTA amounts as well.
Maybe tie it from the post of the FUTA/SUTA amounts to GL or add a new button in that window of period end reports.
This is not a feature we will consider for Dynamics GP at this time.
