Allow filtering and sorting in opportunity list of Current Sales Cycle Stage

Allow filtering and sorting in opportunity list of Current Sales Cycle Stage. Currently you can only filter this column by the Current Sales Cycle Stage CODE, not the description. The Code does not appear in the list of columns to view in the opportunity list so it is confusing.
