Wish there is an option to easily identify, visualize, inquiry and/or report on last employee layoff, option to easily transfer responsibility for hiring (e.g. as per initial contact clauses)
Not featuring option to transfer hiring process to a layoff employee, with potential option for a bonus, hiring department may be overwhelming with responsibilities, on-boadings, findings, outsourcing....
