Wish there is an option to include a human resource team building specialist user role for purpose to easily compose or uncompose teams (e.g. based on talents, talents discovery, talents development, experience, data or data science extraction and matching, no experience, diversity, team objective...)

Not featuring a team building user specialists, conventional HR might potentially feature the team building assemblies, in addition to the remaining conventional tasks.

Tracking team member uniforms or team, (e.g. sports, volunteering, community exposure...) for purpose to team resolve potential issues, support, or other. IF NECESSARY and/or IF ELIGIBLE APPLICABLE.

Potentially featuring a human resource architect profile role, for purpose to identify ideal, versus actuals and versus expectations, might be a potential luxury.

Not featuring a human resource profile architect, we may potentially not have enough support basis for potential eligible layoff, business operation performances, business and/or skills-talent development or promotions.

Wish there is an option to easily visualize, identify or potentially inquiry, whether a resume request may require covering, for purpose to visualize requirements, replies and/or purpose of covering on a resume or for purpose to evaluate human resources source and/or destiny profiles.

Wish there is an option to easily visualize, inquiry or view flashcards background versions, purpose to (e.g. investigate, photo-journalist, research, improve, plan, review, upgrade to improvements, expectations, layoff style or method, environment planning....)

Wish there is an option to easily identify layoff planning templates scripts, methods and environments. for purpose to potentially modernize human capital release back to society, back to legal entity or board council, or partners.

Wish there is an option to easily mass generate layoff (e.g. department, business activity, merging and acquisition, sale, or other).

Wish there is an option to easily include employee offering templates on non-items:

-Environment

-Conflicts between personnel

-Peace of mind

-Relationships...

Not tracking engagements or not delivering confirmations to the employee or to the board, user might potentially track outside the system, or there maybe no auditing system or scorings.

Wish there is an option to easily identify, journal process, view, inquiry and report on human resources task time off accrual earnings in time gain, not visualizing time gain of happiness, legal entity maybe so limited and poor, that can only offer monetary contributions.

Wish there is an option to easily visualize, identify, compare and audit on employee promotions earned, versus poison gain, not featuring basis of comparison, we may not have enough tools to audit human resources, human resources evaluations of any kind, including accruals, earnings or losses.
