• Product physiologic requirements setup by date

    It would be nice to future be able to easily maintain setup of item product physiologic requirements per item group. Not having this option, the user may maintain these product physiologic requirement elements outside the system. Having the option to maintain the product physiologic requirements (if any), by product and by product group the user may future be able to easily print a list of items along with potential quantity (its) with option to capture and future compare versus actual physiologic requirements by date.

  • Tax preparer and contact info

    It would be nice to be able to easily maintain and track the tax preparer and the contact information when preparing period tax calculations. Having the tax preparer and information, the user could easily reference to the contact information for the specified tax calculation period. Not having this option, the user may take a few extra minutes to identify the tax preparer and the contact information. Information maybe track in an alternative system.

  • Product markup contribution percentage margin levels

    It would be nice to include an option from the product information or inventory module the field for product markup contribution percentage margin levels, for purpose to secure certain items at no minimum or no maximum contribution ratio, as per specified from the product master record. Not having an option to prevent users to process sales or purchase transactions, the users maybe allowed to process certain items at a potential incorrect unit price. However the user may alternative conventionally visually identify and compare a purchase order from a sales order and conventionally process arithmetic operations to verify contribution percentage margins.

  • Inventory on hand with option to print default item profitability amount margins

    It would be nice to future include the inventory on hand with option to print including the item profitability margins. Not including inventory profitability margins, the user may conventionally calculate this outside the system.

  • Purchase order-sales order-purchase order item summary reference auto generation

    It would be nice to future be able to easily create a purchase order-sales order-purchase order and have the option to easily auto-generate a summary item for listing of items and assigned a new item number with a purchase order-sales order reference number for easy future contribution markup visibility. Not having this option the user may have to key-in all listing of purchase order and list again the same items from the sales order, alternative the user could potentially upload listing of this items through an excel template journal from purchase order and/or from sales orders and create-upload this items again from inventory.

  • Legal entity credit line amount document policy check-list

    Having legal entity policy in place to release certain documents to our vendors for purpose of line credit limits and including this policy within BEFORE granting-opening our vendor credit line, maybe helpful. Not easily identifying documents filled out, or documents sent to our vendors for purpose of opening credit lines, the user may alternative track this outside the system. Having a legal entity credit line policy and potentially a policy from the vendor to open credit line maybe helpful.
  • Legal entity sales tax agenda

    Having the option to easily visualized sales tax agenda per legal entity, (e.g. calculation and expected payment date) maybe nice to have. Not having this option the user may conventionally track this outside the system.

  • Easy visual tracking of calculated invested time length of prospect conversion to customer

    Having the option to easily visualized and track the calculate time invested from a created prospect to a converted customer maybe nice to have for purpose to measure efficiency performance by sales team and/or by sales representative. Not having the invested time from prospect to customer, the user may potentially track this outside the system.
  • Sales campaign notifications via text message carrier integration

    It would be nice to future include the option to maintain and transmit sales campaigns via text message prospect-customer text message carrier. Not having this option, the user may conventionally process text messages of sales campaigns to prospects, qualified prospects or customers.
  • Sales marketing inbounds and outbounds action calls option to post-classify form

    It would be nice to future be able to easily post-classify a sales representative inbound or outbound phone call for post-classification for purpose to alternative follow up on certain phone calls.
