• Product government safety regulations

    It would be nice to future include the option to capture product government safety regulation codes, not having the product safety regulation codes, the user may continuously inquiry product safety regulation codes outside the system. Including safety regulation code fields from the product master record, the user may future be able to include safety regulation codes when processing customer packing slips and/or customer invoices, as per customer request and/or print out preference (s). Including the safety regulation code field, our legal entity may be future better prepared to comply with safety regulations and potentially educate and/or be in compliance with government regulations.

  • Expense category planning

    It would be nice to future include the flexibility policy option for user to capture certain expense management categories from a planning form. Not having an option to advance capture expense planning on certain expense categories (e.g. travel), the user may not easily visually monitor resource locations, resource expected departure and resource expected arrival from source location to final destinations. Alternative the user may track resource planning conventionally (e.g. email or excel). or may track this information after expense has been invoice vouchered. Having the option to plan certain expense categories, the users may be better prepare on resource expected arrivals or expected departures and may also easily identify destination location names (e.g. in the event of a package or mail). Instead of having this information only after it has been invoiced vouchered.
  • Inventory movent journal calendar scheduling

    It would be nice to future be able to pre-register inventory movements by day of the week and/or by date, not having this option, the user may alternative register on a date by date basis. Having the option for the user to pre-register inventory planning movement journal, the user could future be able to easily visualized and compare planning inventory movement versus actual inventory journal movements. Not having the option to plan inventory movement, the user may conventionally track inventory movement schedules outside the system and/or may use potentially use future posting dates.
  • Alternative item (s) display listing in hierarchy of legal entity purchasing preference levels

    It would be nice to future be able to easily visually identify an alternative item listing when placing a purchase order or a purchase requisition, when vendor can't confirm a potential purchase order at this moment. Not having the option to easily visualized an alternative item to purchase as per legal entity hierarchy level of preferences, the user may not easily visualized the listing of alternative items in level of purchasing preferences. Having the option for the user to setup alternative items along with the vendors to place purchase orders in order of legal entity purchasing preferences in the event there maybe no item stock or no brand of preference when placing and confirming a purchase order, user may have a potential immediate alternative option to easily identify next action item when attempting to confirm a purchase order with vendor (s).

  • Sales order entry lines with item advanced visual identification column of customer recent purchase, return and rebates history

    It would be nice to future enhance the sales order entry lines to display the item customer recent purchase and returns history from a default period range. Not having this option the user may additionally process inquiries and reports for purpose of upsell, purchase quantity confirmation, purchase price and discount verification. Alternative the user could process inquiries from invoice journals, from trade agreements, rebates and from the customer master record.
  • Product recomendation listing display from sales order entry lines

    Having the option to setup product recomendations listing and having the ability to capture product recomendation from customer sales order entry may be helpful, in the event potential prospect and/or customer may inquiry. Not having this option, the potential prospect and/or customer may conventionally execute additional discoveries, research, rather then having the sales representative provide some potential references to the consumer, client or potential prospects. The option to display product recomendations to the consumer, customer or potential prospect maybe a potential tool to the sales represetatives for upsell, product and legal entity promotion...

  • Trade agreements by days of the week

    It would be nice to future include the functionality to create trade agreements by days of the week. Not having this option the user may constantly create trade agreements by date. Having the option to create trade agreements by day of the week, may help users from data entry.

  • Sales order entry quantity update based on line amount

    It would be helpful if in the future the user could enter a line amount, and have the system automatically update the quantity, currently the system does not update the quantity if entering a line amount. The option to potentially update the quantity, maybe helpful on certain eligible products. Not having the option, the user may alternative process conventional calculations, before updating the quantity.
  • Trade agreement founder and main responsible contact

    It would be nice to easily visually identify trade agreement founder, main responsible, not having this option the user may not easily visually identify contact person. Not having this option the user may conventionally track this, or may use the standard document handling feature. Having the option to easily visually identify trade agreement founder and main responsible, the trade agreement user may be better prepared to visualized potential main responsible (s).

  • Product information trading type

    Having the option to include production information trading type maybe helpful for user to setup, for purpose to easily visualized and easily maintain and transact domestic items from import items. Having the option of item group is helpful, however having the option to easily visualized product information trading type, the user could future process purchase orders or master planning based on import type of products with base on country trade agreement conventions. Having the option to easily identify trading type from product information, the user may be able to easily visualized other fields (e.g. applicable import rates applied per country of origin), item regulations, restrictions, other items.... The user alternative may have the option for product catalogues (import/export), however the user may have potential preference (s) in tracking trading type conventionally outside the system, since other implications along the item may be required (e.g. trade agreement conventions, broker charges, import charges, regulations and restrictions.
