• Option to enhanced fixed asset description update

    Not having the option to easily an automatically update the fixed asset description from the purchase order text, the user may not easily visualized the newly created fixed asset record. Alternative, the user may have the option to visualized the fixed asset number from the purchase order detail lines, from the fixed asset tab, and conventionally copy the purchase order text description to the newly edited created fixed asset record. Having an enhanced parameter option to automatically copy purchase order text description into the newly created fixed asset maybe potentially helpful to the end user, for purpose of data entry accuracy and newly fixed asset record creation.

  • Bank account balance revaluation for Mexico Localization

    It would be nice to have the option to include the bank revaluation balance feature for Mexico localization, not having this option the user may alternative create a new ledger account and capture ledger bank account difference balance on new complemetnary ledger account. This option maybe available for Russia and Poland localization, however the option may not be currently available or released for Mexico localization.

  • Inventory registration note field

    Having the option to include a note field from inventory registration maybe helpful for purpose of making notes while registering items. Not having the option to capture notes while registering inventory, user may conventionally track register inventory notes outside the system.
  • Foreign trade transaction code format

    It would be nice to have the option to specify the foreign trade transaction code number for purpose to enforce end user to data entry format (e.g. pedimentos). Not having this option, the user may not uniformly enter foreign trade code (pedimentos) as per inbound or outbound document number.

  • Renaming one of the 2 two add lines button from sales orders and purchase order

    Currently dynamics AX-D365 displays two options from the sales order lines, and/or from purchase order lines button named "add lines" and also "add lines" visually displaying these 2 two options, maybe confusing to the user. Renaming one of the two options, maybe helpful to the end user visual identification of the form. not having this option the user maybe confused on the difference of these two similar functionality options.

  • Sales order lines item code option to easily visually identify and filter non-stock from stock items

    Currently when selecting an item from the item lines, AX-D365 displays all item listing even "non-stock" items, even though the user have the option to easily filter by the item group. Having the option to easily filter non-stock items from stock items maybe visually helpful to the end users, for purpose of easily selecting items that are stackable and non-stackable.

  • Item registration form

    Currently sales and marketing allows the registration of prospects and future prospects can be converted into customers, however there is no option for user to record items for potential sales. Not having the option to register items for potential sales, based on customer demands, consumer inquiry, season of the year, technology or product most preferred enhacements, user may track this items conventionally. Having the option to easily identify an item registration, and item potential registration, user or purchasing agents, may future better identify potential item specifications before purchase acquisition, or before purchase requisitions, user may start gathering potential selling dates, potential item evaluation, potential consumer evaluation, potential selling targets, item potential selling offers and discounts, item potential trade agreements, item potential substition, item potential revenue. User may future compare item demands and item needs before is release to the market and before is released to a legal entity. Having the option to register a potential item, before is sellable to the market and before is released to legal entities, the user may be able to capture item demand needs, potential targets requesting the item, the user could potentially add potential targets, attach potential trade agreements, potential vendor outsourcing, seasons, price history. Not having the option to register an item before the item is sellable to the market, and not having the option to track item customer demands and/or potential ideal enhancements for purpose of item safety, item compliance, item minimum and maximum contribution preferred ratios, or item preferred color or style, user may track this conventionally outside the system.

  • General master record search with potential digit error

    It would be nice to future have the ability to easily initiate a record search and filtering with potential 1,2,3... digit error entry. Not having this functionality, user may not easily locate-identify and confirm record and/or potential record. Not having this functionality, user may potentially initiate search by only potentially typed record entry (e.g. customer name-last name, customer zip code, customer address, telephone number). However user may alternative initiate search by other potential fields, instead of including a general search with potential entry capture error.

  • Product health warnings fields

    It would be nice to include the option to capture product health warnings, not having the option to capture health warnings from the item product master record, the user may future not be able to print health warnings along with the customer invoice and/or customer quotes, or customer confirmations. Including health warnings fields from the product master, the legal entity may potentially be better prepared in providing health warnings to customers that may require health warnings from customer invoices and/or packing slips.
