    Mix & Match discount by amount, not qty

    Hi!


    During some customer work i've noticed a gap in the Discount module, in this case we can't meet the customers required offering scenario.


    Scenario: Buy for a minimum of X amount (E.g. 1000 EUR) from product category Y and Z, receive 100% discount on the cheapest product from category Z in the cart.


    Example with actual items: Lets say that product category Y are necklaces and category Z are bracelets. In this case it would mean that as a customer you would receive 100% discount on the cheapest bracelet in the cart when purchasing for a minimum of 1000 euros worth of bracelets and necklaces.


    We can of course argue if this should be considered to belong in the Mix & Match discounts or Threshold discount. Nevertheless this should be an out of the box possibility since there are potential D365 retail customers out there which are using this method of campaigns/offering in other ERP systems.

    Store Commerce Run as a Service

    We would like to have a feature that runs store commerce (SCA) download sessions as a service.


    Problem 1: In scenarios where a named windows account is used for each user, when they leave SCA running and another user comes along they cannot launch SCA without a reboot since it's locked to run once per machine.


    Problem 2: if SCA is not left on the login screen download sessions do not continue so when the first user logs in the AM, all channel distribution jobs that were run incrementally overnight have to catch up leading to hundreds of pending downloads. The larger the product database / discount / coupons etc. the more impactful this issue becomes.


    Possible solution would be to have a named service account that runs on the client side that is always running that can login and pull down the pending download sessions to the local database so the offline database always remains synchronized.

    Ability to limit the recall of customer orders to a specific store

    There should be the ability to limit the recalling and editing of customer orders to a specific store. There is a risk that a POS user can recall an incorrect order from a different store and edit that order. Some businesses would like transactions in POS to be specific to one store and not available to view or edit across stores.

    Loyalty card entity to include blocked date and replacement card number

    Loyalty card entity includes card type, but not blocked date or replacement card number. Adding these fields to the loyalty card entity would inform enrolment and card maintenance reporting over time and assist in fraud behaviour reporting.

    Schedule Auto Shutdown for Cloud Hosted Environments in Lifecycle Services

    As there is no scheduled shutdown for Cloud Hosted Environments in LCS, We are using scheduling from the Azure portal, But the status of the VM is not updated in LCS. Kindly request you update the status in LCS as per Azure auto schedule or give us the settings to schedule Auto Shutdown in the LCS itself.


    I hope this will help most of the developers and managers to maintain dev VM's with ease of comfort

    Simple Discounts - Exclusions by Brand underneath Category at the Line Level

    I would like to have the ability to be able to exclude Brands at the line level under Category when setting up discounts. Our company is very SKU intensive so excluding by SKU would be very daunting. If we could exclude by Brand like we can exclude under Category by Class or Sub-Class, this would be very beneficial to our business.

    Pay credit card quick

    Currently, the credit card payment is a 2-3 step process.

     

    1. Click Pay credit card button in the POS screen ---> Which then displays the tender screen with the balance amount and

    2. Then POS operator to click Tender

    and then the control goes to the payment device.

     

    In Peak busy times, even that extra click slows down the queue.

     

    I was wondering if we could have a new operation like Pay Cash Quick (operation ID = 206) but for credit card payments, where the user clicks the button and the control directly goes to the payment device for the customer to tap their card to pay.

     

    90% of our credit card payments are exact amounts.

    even if it's a split payment credit card is usually the final tender meaning the customer is paying a total balance.

    So it doesn't make sense to have the tender screen in between for an added click.


    I've also seen in some businesses like ASDA, and Morrisons that when we click checkout on their self-checkout POS, the amount is by default displayed on the Payment device, even before I select the payment method on POS as cash or credit card.

    It's a good customer experience and helps quicker checkouts.

    Out-of-Box Tax Calculation on Split Payments

    As an ISV Payment Connector developer, we would like the tax calculation for a sales order that is paid with multiple card payments to be calculated based on the respective amount for each payment made using the tax percentage and service fees applied to a particular sales order. At this time, the tax amount is based on the total amount of the sales order and not on the paid amount.


    This would help Payment Connector developers to properly send the tax amount attributed to each payment within the same sales order without having to build additional customizations to do so.\


    We previously reported this as a service request via Tracking ID #2210280040007149 and were advised to submit this request using this platform for further consideration.

    Add filter on prospects to filter on field "Status of B2B prospect"

    In the prospects form (smmBusinessRelationsListPage) add the possibility to filter on the field "Status of B2B prospect", so that is is possible to create tiles/lists on B2B prospects that is "pending"
