Allow separate due dates for credit notes in reminders.
Suggested by Saleh Alzaher – New – 0 Comments
Currently, the due date for credit notes is based on the payment terms defined on the customer's account. This can result in credit notes not appearing on collection or reminder letters until several weeks after they are posted, even though the credit is immediately applicable.
I propose enhancing the system to allow credit notes to be handled separately and assigned their own due date logic. This would make it possible for credit notes to appear on collection letters immediately, while invoices continue to follow standard payment terms (e.g., 30 days). This change would improve customer communication and streamline the collections process.

[Malaysia e-invoice] Design change request to show the option ‘Batch submission invoices’ to view the non-retail sales invoices that were submitted in batch
Suggested by Ian Luu – New – 0 Comments
Currently, the option ‘Batch submission invoices’ to view the invoices that were submitted in batch is only available for retail invoices.
When users submit non-retail sales invoices using the Consolidated invoice format, they are not able to see the option ‘Batch submission invoices'.
This is very inconvenient if users need to view the detail of each invoice. They need to resort to download the XML output file from the Create document action.
Design change request: System should also enable the option ‘Batch submission invoices’ for non-retail invoice submissions.

[Malaysia E-invoice] NRIC numbers need to be used instead of BRNs for specific suppliers when submitting self-invoices
Suggested by Angela Do – New – 0 Comments
Issue: We are experiencing an issue with Malaysian E-Invoicing submission where NRIC numbers need to be used instead of BRNs for specific suppliers when submitting self-invoices. Despite exploring multiple configuration options, the system continues to default to BRN values.
Context: If we buy from a private individual in Malaysia we have to submit a self-invoice with an NRIC number.
As checked, the NRIC can be used in Sales invoice, we hope that NRIC node will also be added to Self-invoice.

Ability to filter users during Importation from Entra ID
Suggested by Peter Kinyua – New – 0 Comments
Hi,
It would be nice to add a filter function on the "Import Users" dialog box of the System Administration module. Currently, when someone clicks on the menu, the resulting pop up, has all Entra ID users including e.g. no wanted users like test users, contractors, service accounts etc

Ledger allocation groups for ledger allocation rules
Suggested by Andreas Tangemann – New – 0 Comments
Business Scenario:
- Ledger allocations rules can be used to distribute cost or make intercompany postings.
Problem:
- Companies heavily using the ledger allocation rules need to start or set up batch jobs separately for each allocation rule. With ledger allocation groups, it would be possible to start several ledger allocation rules at the same time.
Proposed Solution:
- New program to create Ledger allocation groups
- General ledger > Allocations > Ledger allocation group
- New field in ledger allocation rules to specify the linked group
- General ledger > Allocations > Ledger allocation rules
- New field to either specify one ledger allocation rule or one ledger allocation group to be processed
- General ledger > Allocations > Process allocation request
Benefits:
- Save time in the month end process. Make sure to start all necessary ledger allocation rules.

Implement PIX for payment and receipts
Suggested by Elvis Silva – New – 0 Comments
Pix is an instant payment platform created and managed by the monetary authority of Brazil, the Central Bank of Brazil (BCB), which enables the quick execution of payments and transfers.
Pix was announced in the summer of 2019, and was fully operational on November 16, 2020.
Now, in Brazil, more than 70% of bank transactions are made with this payment mode.
The idea is to implement this payment mode by Microsoft as a standard feature, for payments and receipts.

Save the license reports in FinOps (only reliable source we have)
Suggested by David Simon – New – 0 Comments
5/24/2025: SAVE THESE REPORTS. Even though they were ok they are more reliable than what I've seen in PPAC to date.
Unfortunately: As part of 10.0.42 Quality Updates (10.0.2095.161) they have deprecated and taken away "the most reliable source".
Check out Update ID 1019980
Title: Limit visibility of user license reports
Solution: As part of user license enforcement several reports will be deprecated. Those are following:
System administration > Inquiries > License > User License Counts
System administration > Inquiries > License > User License Counts History
System administration > Inquiries > Security > License reports > User license estimator
