Allow CoPilot in the Field Service app the same functionality as in Customer Service

In the Customer Service app a user can ask CoPilot questions that relate to Knowledge Base Article content and receive an AI reply based upon the Knowledge Base Article content in the system.
In the Field Service App the CoPilot functionality appears to be limited to counting records and similar basic actions except for Work Order summaries.
Technicians in Field Service would massively benefit from being able to ask questions and have AI responses from Knowledge Base Articles to assist them in resolving issues on machines.

Alternative to URL whitelisting

we are sending an sms to few internal stakeholders if a work order is raised. the request from the azure services to the sms service provider platform is through aparticular url. this url has to be whitelisted on the sms service provider platform in order to provide response. the sms provider doest want to whitelist the url and instead asking for ip addresses. but we are coming to know that the ip address from where the request comes will be changin on a periodic basis. so its kind of a dead end of the road and we werent able to do anything. the only solution was to put a VM and host the api in vm and the request is sent from the vm to the sms service provider platform. the ip address from VM would be static. this VM is an additional cost to us which can be prevented. we need a solution for this without the VM.

Skipping Holidays for Optimization Schedules under RSO

Hi Team,
We are implementing RSO currently in our project wherein there are multiple Optimization Schedules created with respect to Territories. There are needs wherein we have to skip Holidays where RSO should not run the Optimization Schedules. Currently there is no OOB functionality under RSO.

Syncronization
If you are going to force those of us in the field to employ a system that uses a cell phone and a laptop in conjunction, it would be very helpful to us if these devices could at least be somewhat synchronized.
Or at the least tell us which device more accurately reflects current data in the system? Do we place our trust in the phone or the laptop?
Better yet, can we just get rid of the cell phone entirely and run Field Service solely from the laptop?

Required Option for Matrix fields in Inspection Templates

Inspection Templates have the function for Dynamic Matrix Fields, where one field group can contain several columns.
The required option is set on the matrix "header" level.
If the "Required"-Option is being set, the current system behaviour is, that if only one of the defined fields is being filled out, the complete matrix is treated as being completed.
E.g., if one matrix group contains 5 columns and only one contains data, one can close the inspection template.
The system should be changed that wither alle fields in a required matrix should contains data or the required option should be maintainable on colum-level and not on header level.

Side pane button for other custom views in FS Mobile App

We can have side pane button for other custom and personal views in FS Mobile App. Because currently it is not showing any button, and it only shows No Options Available for custom and personal views (other than work order). This will be good user experience for business and end users.

Planning dashboard - open new window/tab

When opening a reservation or other instances from the schedule board it opens the instance in a new embeded windows.
Would be great if we had the possibility/Setting to change this so it would open in new browser window or tab instead.

Function to "pin" the right side detail panel

When viewing the schedule board you need to open the details panel in the right side each time you choose a reservation.
Would be great if you could somehow lock og pin the details panel to make it stay,.

Colours

To group the tasks, we use different scales within the same color. After the latest update to the dashboard, it has become difficult to distinguish between the colors. Previously, they were more vivid. Is it possible to make the color scales more distinct again?

Show business hours in date time fields

Whenever user tries to schedule a work order and once user select start time from schedule board then time range starts from 12:00AM midnight. There are business scenario where user will not schedule anything midnight. They need to scroll down for business hours (example - 9:00AM).
Currently Microsoft doesn't provide any out-of-box feature to update that. Also, there is no out-of box feature if we can set time picker control to start from 9:00 AM or show only business hours (example- 9:00AM -6:00PM) and hide non-business hours.
In terms of user experience it would be helpful if Microsoft provide this feature.
