Same behaviour between views Schedule Board

Idea 1:
Within the schedule board – Hourly view I have the option REBOOK when i right mouse click on the booking
When I check the daily/weekly/monthly view I do not have the option REBOOK when i right mouse click on the booking
All views should work the same and show the REBOOK option
Idea 2:
When I click on the expand icon when i hover over a booking within the hourly view, the WORK ORDER is opened
When I do this in the daily view, not the Work Order is opened but the Resource Requirement.
All views should work the samen, the WORK ORDER should be opened

Interactive Dashboard should use/ show Card Form in mobile App

Once you use "standard Dashboards" and "interactive Dashboards" to show and analyze records in D365 you certainly will share them to all users.
As we use a specific custom designed card form of the work order to show the details of records, especially in interactive dashboard in the browser you expect that this card form will also shown in the mobile app.
Nevertheless, in the mobile app you can enable interactive dashboards but they will not use/ show the card form of the entity. This is a by design behavior as the support and product team of Microsoft told me. What you see in mobile when you use interactive dashboards is only the information which is in the field "name" and "modified on". It is shown in a simple not user friendly list.
If you use "standard dashboards" in mobile app it will use the card form you design.
Therefore, my suggestion is: Extend the functionality of interactive dashboards in mobile app that it will use the specific card form.

connect tree view asset card with incidents

The new asset card in the work order form lists all assets used in related products, services or tasks. It would be useful to also include the assets associated with the related incidents.

Caching fix

We have been having problems with the filtering in Field Service.
Also everytime when there is a new release based on the base of Field Service I have to delete my browser history before the changes become visible for me on my computer.
I have the feeling this has something to do with caching maybe, since everytime I delete my caching and history it seems to be working until I make some changes...

Schedule board, bypass resource requirements lookup dialog using a default resource requirement

Since clients want to have the scheduling process made as quick as possible, we would highly appreciate having the resource requirement lookup dialog, that appears on selection of a timeslot on the schedule board, removed based on a configuration flag which if set to true, would allow automatic creation of bookable resource bookings using a default resource requirements, hence avoiding the manual selection of a resource requirement in the lookup dialog.

Get Old Schedule Board Map Functionality on New Schedule Board

On the old schedule board map, you could see the color indicators for resources and the corresponding resource requirements they were assigned to which simplified routing based on resource location. In the new schedule board, you only get that color coding when including "routes" in the filters or by clicking on a resource specifically to see their route. The new map is much more cluttered and does not nearly as useful.
If these changes cannot be made, Microsoft should enable customization development of the map functionality by individual organizations.

Have the columns in views automatically fit column header label

Currently the columns seem to minimize, hiding the column header names - the whole text is not visible. Give the option to turn on a functionality where the column is always as wide as the text in the header so the whole field name is visible.

Ability to schedule RSO runs on a particular day of each month

We run monthly RSO jobs to schedule preventative maintenance work and would love to have a way to schedule these runs on a particular day each month, on the 22nd of each month as an example.

Schedule Assistant Filter panel doesn't refresh after booking is made.

Upon clicking on Book button on Requirement, schedule assistant gets loaded and maps the "Available duration" on the filter panel from duration on the requirement. So when full booking or partial booking is made via Schedule Assistant and "Book button clicked" the bottom panel refreshes and correctly shows updated "Remaining duration" and fulfilled duration" whereas the scheduling assistant filter at the top doesn’t refresh Dynamically considering any booking/partial booking being made therefore sticks to original “Available duration” hence risk of over booking against the resources.
It'll be great if the filter panel also refreshes and therefore updates "Available duration" once a booking is made via "Book" button on Schedule assistant.
