Allow Save Views on the Expense Reports Re-imagined workspace

The old expense management workspace allowed users to create saved views and publish them out to all users.
Enabling the new Expense Reports Re-imagined workspace removes this functionality.
Personalization and saved views are crucial to user experience, business flow, and efficiency.
This should be considered as an option (perhaps a togglable feature to allow saved views in the re-imagined workspace) in a future release.

Improve Link between Job and Account Record (Activity Tasks)

Currently, when creating an Activity Task on the Job Record, the system does not show the associated "Account Name". For example, in dashboards/views for Activity Tasks on job records, the "Account Name (Regarding)" field does not populate with a value.
To improve visibility on Activity Tasks, the "Account Name (Regarding)" field should populate with the associated client for activity tasks created on the Job Record. This will improve efficiency in communications between teams and minimize the additional clicks required to locate the Account name.

D365 should not allow opening a new project task form from a Lookup field

In D365 Project Operations if you add a lookup to the "Project Task" table on any form, the "Look for...." dialogue box offers the option create a "+New Project Task" by opening the classic D365 Project Task form.
This should be removed/hidden from that dialogue as the user within D365 Project Operations should only create new project tasks from the Project Task Grid.
This would improve the user experience as also the error message that comes up when the user tries to create a Project Task from there from the Project Task form is quite technical and cannot be adjusted

Add Role ID as a field in the Funding Rules

In the Funding Rule section of the project contract, add the Role ID as a variable for the funding rule so that allocation of expenses can happen based on the role ID.

Change resource name

Instead of selecting 'Generic Resource' to send to request a resource is it possible to change the name from 'Generic Resource' to 'Resource Request' or something similar.

D365 Expense Mobile App Improvements

I have reviewed the new Expense Management App and currently the App is quite basic and needs improvements before companies can make full use of the app.
Improvement suggestions
-Parameters in D365/App that allows companies to configure additional fields
-Dimension field needs to exist the app is assuming it will be taken from the worker however this is not always the case and if this is blank the user needs to go into D365 to add further information which defeats the purpose of the app.
-Add the Actual VAT amount so the amount can be adjusted otherwise as above the user needs to go into D365
-Final Approver field
-Mileage rate does not come through
-Look and Feel of the app needs to be improved
-Current information suggests a team licence is required, however if you have a full or activity licence, access should be included there should be no further need to purchase another lower base licence.

Enhancing Synchronization Processes with Project for the Web: Reducing Error Return Delays

After a thorough analysis of the current situation, it has been determined that the delay in error return within the project task matrix is attributed to the synchronization process with Project. This delay is also observed in the behavior of the resource allocation matrix when changes are made to a project task assigned to a resource. There is room for improvement in this regard because if the error arrives late due to synchronization, the end user may not be aware of it until they notice that the tasks they deleted have reappeared, especially if the status of the budget line is marked as submitted/approved.

Project intercompany invoice sales tax

The sales tax amount line not adding properly when we readding the invoice lines in Intercompany project invoice form.
Actual results: After remove and re adding the lines in the intercompany customer invoice form the tax lines are not adding properly and the line number not updating correctly.
Expected Results: The tax lines and line number should be added correctly when we re adding the invoice in Intercompany customer invoice form.

Enable Project ID in Expense Report Header in D365 Expense Management App

In D365 Expense Management App, The project Id can only be added in Expense lines. It should be allowed to enable the Project id field feature at expense report header level too.

Manage all timesheet favorites with multi-select

Hi all
In project management and accounting/setup/timesheets/all favorites we can access favorites from all users but there is no way to do multi select on this form and also some columns cannot be sorted.
Besides, there is no data entity on it.
It makes this form very difficult to manage when the administrator wants to do some cleanup on it.
This form needs some improvments with multi-select and also data entity should be available in standard.
