1. There is a need for us to market to leads > not just contacts.
2. Also, the ability to email to other email address fields in D365 for a single contact depending on the service we are providing to a client is very important to our business without creating duplicate contacts for a single contact. We used to be able to select which email address we wanted to email when we were using Click Dimensions.

Example: As an accounting firm we have contacts that we need to email corporate information to, to their work email

address and we also need to email personal information to their personal email address.

Instead of selecting 'Generic Resource' to send to request a resource is it possible to change the name from 'Generic Resource' to 'Resource Request' or something similar.

In the Hourly, Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Schedule Boards - we need to see in a single line on the schedule board that allows us to use a short name rather than the full client name - some client names are too long and make the schedule board look cluttered.

Maybe adding a short name in the booking pop up that will put the short name field on the schedule.

Maybe some sort of automation that looks at the client name and auto generates using the first 5 digits of first word, the first 5 digits of the second word etc.

We have just been told us today (April 30, 2025 deadline for Real Time Marketing is June 30th, 2025) by Microsoft that the event management tool we selected to use for our event management ON24 will not integrate with Real Time Marketing. We use this service extensively and we require integration with Real Time Marketing as soon as humanly possible.
