Add App Last Launch Date in Microsoft Audit logs
Suggested by Ajay Dhingra – New – 0 Comments
Many customers are utilizing the COE Toolkit for Analytics, which extracts data from Microsoft Audit logs. In the COE report, the "Last Launch Date" for apps is currently blank because this information is not captured in the Microsoft Audit logs.

If Dynamics or any other Microsoft services detect any outage from Microsoft, the system should link the outage page (where we encounter any error message) which had a link to azure health status or Microsoft Service health.
Suggested by System admin NG – New – 0 Comments
Hi Product group team,
If Dynamics or any other Microsoft services detect any outage from Microsoft, the system should link the outage page (where we encounter any error message) which had a link to azure health status or Microsoft Service health. This would have saved us time reviewing our network connections, capacity, or any other environmental factor before we would engage Microsoft.
Thank you.

In our application we have seen an extra space in Configuration list left panel display
Suggested by Praveen KUMAR – New – 0 Comments
Earlier we don't have any extra space between left panel configurations and dashboard features list. But we are identifying extra space where our USERS feeling no other features available. After scroll down then they are seeing other options. Due to this issue users are not able to see all the navigate features by default without scroll action. Sometimes we are getting tickets/incidents from users like not able to see all the features.

Dataverse data transfer
Suggested by Raphael Charreyron – New – 0 Comments
Recently we had a solution that has been deleted accidently and we had to restore data.
We have restored the environment where the solution was present in a new environment Sandbox.
After restoring the solution by pushing again the app with ALM, we would like to restore the data. 2 ways were possible:
- Dataflows
- Export/import by Excel
Both work if you have simple data but doesn't manage properly Lookup columns. We need a feature in the administration portal to transfer data easily between environments. We can use this feature to:
- Recover data after an issue
- Transfer PROD data to an INDUS environment
A database without integrated data recovery tool (Not third party tool) is not a database ;)

Power Platform environment - change assigned security group
Suggested by Stefan Kuster – New – 0 Comments
Every Power Platform environment with Dataverse should have an assigned security group to control who has access to the environment in general.
Changing the assigned security group is currently only possible via User Interfase (UI) in the PPAC on the environment itself.
This is e.g. required, when an assigned security group got deleted from AAD.
It would be great, if beside the UI in the admin center an additional technical possibility would exist to re-assign a security group => Power Shell, Graph API, Power Automate Management connector, etc.

Make it possible to change language i Power Platform admin center
Suggested by Erik Carlsson – New – 0 Comments
The Power Platform admin center seems to work differently than any other admin center in 365 in that you can't change user language. In the Power Apps Portal you can change language by clicking on the cog wheel and Power Apps Settings, the same for other admin portals. That does not exist work the Power Platform admin center, it solely bases it language setting on the browsers language settings (for Edge the language that is on top of the preferred language list.
This should work as in every other place that you can change the language and only the default setting should default to browser language.
English is definitively preferred for troubleshooting but i might want another language for other sites I visit.

Power Apps Portal Admin Center Classic Function in New Admin Hub
Suggested by Muhammad Hamimwazir Abd Wahab – New – 0 Comments
To remain "Set Up Custom Domains and SSL, Manage SSL certificates & Manage custom certificates" functionality in the New Admin Hub, since the current new Admin Hub no so user friendly and hard to manage the custom certificates. Else, just don't disable the Power Apps Portal Admin Center Classic view.

Power Platform PAYG Capacity calculations should include available tenant-wide Dataverse storage pool
Suggested by Patrick Munsey – New – 0 Comments
Current Behaviour:
When an environment becomes enabled for pay-as-you-go and is linked to an Azure subscription, it stops consuming storage from the tenant-wide Dataverse storage pool. Instead, its consumption is billed to Azure. In pay-as-you-go environments, the first 1 GB of Dataverse database storage and 1 GB of file storage capacity aren't billed to Azure. However, any log storage capacity is immediately be billed. Log storage capacity is only used if you decide to turn on auditing for an environment.
Recommendation:
One of the main factors for wanting our production environment set to PAYG is to take advantage of the cost savings proposition of the power pages PAYG model for monthly authorized logins. This benefit is negated by the additional data storage costs incurred in the PAYG environment. We are being charged for the full capacity of our produciton environment, less 1GB, despite having over 15GB in available capacity just sitting there not being used in our tenant-wide capacity pool.
I think that being able to consume capacity from the tenant-wide pool prior to PAYG charges being applied would better align with the PAYG value proposition and would benefit businesses wanting to leverage the benefits of the new power pages licensing options.
