  • Make CIF v 2.0 available without OmniChannel burden

    It looks like you have to install the heavy OmniChannel solutions with an expensive Channel license that we do not need; before you are capable of using CIF V 2.0 on a custom build channel. Why is that?

  • Email when Data Export Service fails.

    Data Export Service (DES) is a great way to sync CRM entities to an Azure hosted SQL database. More and more customers rely on this service to create custom connections that support vital processes outside CRM. Than it is a pain to suddenly realize that the sync has stopped 48 hours ago for no particular reason. Some kind of warning would be nice to have, FI a mail to all CRM system administrators; when the sync is down for over 15 minutes.

  • Add environment to Import notifications

    In Power Apps (make.powerapps.com) I would like to see the environment the solution was imported to at the end of an import notification.

    These notifications are visible on top (green and red messages)


    "The solution XYZ is imported into the environment ABC"
