Allow for "New Record" option on Lookups to be Configurable
There are instances in which we want a lookup on a screen/form to be selectable only. Currently, there is always a "New Record" option. We'd like that to be configurable by screen so you're only able to select from existing options. This will help preserve data integrity. -
Allow to Default to Regarding instead of To When Using an Email Template
Allow configuration to default the "Field Name" value when using an email template to email a contact. This would allow process efficiency when most to all cases sent are regarding a case and not tied to the contact directly. When hundreds to thousands of emails are sent daily, this would increase efficiency by not requiring additional clicks/selections and the potential for error.

Allow Nick Name (Display Name) to be synced from AD to Dynamics 365 user record
Many call center reps do not go by their given name. It would be nice if the Display Name (or Nick Name) in Active Directory could sync to the user record in Dynamics 365 so it could be used in templates and signatures.

Allow for DocuSign-related permissions to be assigned at the team level
Today, DocuSign permissions from the DocuSign integration via the AppSource only works at the user level. When assigned to a team, the members of that team do not inherit that level of access. For example, we want our agents to be able to create DocuSign documents via Dynamics 365 Customer Service but gives others in the organization the ability to see them in Dynamics 365. Today, we need to assign that capability on a user-by-user basis. DocuSign has a similar ticket in their queue (DYN-232). Thanks!
