Need Business rules to work when we create condition using Choices Column with multi select option
Suggested by BHAGYA LAKSHMI – New – 0 Comments
We need Business rules to work when we select Choices Column with multi select option.
Our requirement is to hide/unhide sections in the form, dependent on the value selected by the user from the Choice Column(multi-select). However, when we initiated the creation of the Business Process Flow (BPF), we were unable to locate the Choice Columns for creating condition.
We need this functionality to be added in the product.

Audit Trail for Emails/Cases that are picked by end users
Suggested by Caroline O'Sullivan – New – 0 Comments
In Dynamics you can read an email without ever having to pick it which leaves a gap in the timeline from an audit perspective. This makes managing queues difficult because there is no clear audit trail which allows Managers to address items not being worked on by partners across regions or on shared mailboxes, with partners choosing which cases to work. We would like there to be an audit trail indicating the time an individual opened a case/email.
A clear indicator through audit so if a case /email was picked by partner even if no change is done to the record

Remove Column Type Limitations on Editable Grids
Suggested by Nate Auchter – New – 0 Comments
The editable grid currently has a number of column type limitations. These should be remedied, and all column types should be allowed to be editable. At the very least, the Status/Status Reason columns. Enable Power Platform to accept encrypted SAML assertions
Suggested by Greg Walrath – New – 0 Comments
Per MS' documentation, Power Pages will not accept encrypted SAML assertions from any identity provider -
We are implementing Power Pages in the Azure GCC High environment, and are subject to federal government audits. Right now, this will be a strike against us per NIST 800-53 standards for SAML authentication. I understand this is not on the roadmap for Power Pages, but this will get to be a bigger customer requirement going forward.

Suggested by Karthik Mahendrakumar – New – 0 Comments
Microsoft recently released a new feature to "Block unmanaged customizations (Preview)".
So when "Block unmanaged customizations (Preview)" is enabled, please allow the Owners and Admins with CRUD Permissions for Unmaged Solution and its Objects.

Admin create of Developer Environment shouldn't have 3 env limt
Recent changes to creating a developer environment from PPAC restrict Admins to 3 just like a self service sign up.
Admins are required to create many environments, for a number of projects that don't always want the developer environments to be assigned to a person, as they come and go.
Admins provisioning environments is NOT the same as some that wants to mess around and try something, where 3 personal environments is reasonale.
Remove the 3 environment limit for Developer environments when created in PPAC by Power Platform Admins.
Also, AUTO provision the trial SKU so admins don't have to ask a Global Admin to assign licenses.

Reporting on automatic deletion of inactive Dataverse for Teams environments
Suggested by Phil Lembo – New – 0 Comments
Currently the only documented place where Power Platform administrators can discover the status of Dataverse for Teams environments scheduled for automatic deletion is the Power Platform admin center Environment page. On that page the deletion status of affected environments is indicated in the State column by the words "(Ready __ days until disabled)". Unfortunately, because there is no way to export the contents of that page, responsible admins are left with the labor-intensive task of manually copying and pasting the relevant information into Notepad, Excel or another app. Power Platform Admin Powershell and Power Platform CoE Kit queries are also unable to capture this information.
I would like to suggest either (a) the addition of export capability to the Environments page; or (b) an exportable report that provides detailed status information on each inactive dataverse such as the environment name, contacted owner, state, inactive date, warning date, disabled date, and deletion date.

Reporting of the index size
Suggested by Michael Mittermair – New – 0 Comments
Opening the admin portal, you can see the space consumption of each table. But you can't break down to the size of the data and the size of the index.
Therefore it's difficult to optimize the table, as at some tables, the index is the same size like the data.
It would be great, if during exporting the storage consumption to the excel, the used spaces is displayed as data and index in two columns.
