I'm trying to create and case creation rules : if the To recipient, Cc or Bcc contains @emailexample.com

We need this feature. At least a conditions where we can select Activity party contains.

We don't see any Language Filter Option Feature while using email Template in Customer Service hub like we have language filter option in Omnichannel for customer service.

Please take this into consideration and help this feature available in future release

While looking into power automate run history, if we have to look the hisotry for past hours we are struggling to go back continously and look for right time stamp.

It would be better to define the filter on that screen, which will definitely help us to get the history of right time stamp of our need.

Currently Date of Birth field type is numeric so we cannot search it on Data verse. However, this is a searchable format in the View which does return records for Date of Birth. Suggestion is to enable date format search in Global search.

Email entity, Email Templates search area recently used templates not displaying after wave 2 release, previously i t was displaying so customer expecting previous feature because user will add quickly with out search templates.

In the classic app designer where views and forms can show up as unchecked if you have more than 5000 views and forms in your environment. The currently advised mitigation is to use the Modern App Designer (make.powerapps.com) if it is available to you.

Please help in creating all the views available for the customers to check and not to limit the number of views for the classic view.

In the PowerApps admin center there are features to enable session expiration and inactivity timeouts. These are only enforced on Model-Driven Applications. To ensure we can provide better security, we require these features to be enforced for Canvas Applications as well.

Example:

The CRM production environment was created using a user linked to a real user and not an admin user. In fact, by removing the license from the user who created the production environment, processes such as qualifying leads at opportunity did not work.

Therefore, it would be convenient to have an automated tool that would allow us to change the name of the author of the environment and thus the owner of all processes and flows (including background flows) connected to the user who created the environment.
