I am reaching out to discuss the challenges our organization faces with Dataverse space consumption tracking and deletion job progress monitoring. Our inability to reliably track audit space consumption across environments impacts our ability to manage several terabytes of data effectively, particularly in an organization with thousands of users.

Furthermore, the deletion jobs' progress currently lacks informative metrics, such as percentage completed and estimated time of completion. This lack of visibility can hamper our operational efficiency and decision-making processes. Lastly, the execution time for these jobs is a concern, with some taking several days to complete, which is far from ideal. The execution time is not predictable at all. My suggestion is that you publish in your public documentation how this works in the backends, and what is the expected execution time (considering the size of the audit log), so we as administrators can plan when/how to run these jobs. 

Addressing these issues is crucial for maintaining our system's performance and ensuring the efficient use of our Dataverse space. I believe improvements in these areas will significantly benefit our organizational workflow and data management practices.

By the importance and potential benefits of automating CRM process, It would be nice to add "data Migration" (Data export /Data import) option for CRM dynamic 365.This will help CRM developers to migrate metadata among environments. Currently depending on third party tools like Xrmtoolbox.

The Excel Export audit log for model-driven apps is only available in the production environment.

It would be more convenient if Excel Export audit logs could be used in other environments.

The SharePoint document library is integrated onto main parent table. The quick view form is created on this main parent table. The related Documents subgrid id added onto the quick view form. The quick view form is added onto the related child table's main form.

The list of documents are displayed in Documents subgrid of quick view form on child table's main form, but unable to access/open the documents from the subgrid.

The response received from Microsoft Support team is as follows:

Embedding the document sub grid in a related entity quick view form and configuring the grid to access documents from its parent entity is currently unsupported.

It is nice feature to have it and it is may be useful for many users.

When I go to the solution which contain my Power Page, there is a component having type as "site" and another status column displaying value "off". I have tried many ways to change the status to "on", but it was unusual when I go to Power Page Management -> Website -> Choose the site -> Click "Deactivate" at top bar. The result status is on.

Is there any other way to change the status and what is that status column represents for?

Issue:

When changing the connection in the current connection reference, an error is encountered as a "bad gateway".

the current solution:

create another connection reference with the new connection and connect each workflow manually with the new connection reference.

Suggest:

after changing the connection, it should reflect the changes whenever the connection reference is used.

Before each release we create a manual backup, from within Power Platform Admin Center (Backup & Restore). Currently this feature will not show any status as the backup is being processed(only a brief message). We would like to request to improve this feature to at least have this process logged in Dynamics CRM - System Jobs (as example). This would help us greatly to keep track of any backup and status.

Issue: The tabbed section on the main form “Case for Interactive experience” is not showing the list of recent cases correctly with the New Look enabled

The list is cropped and not showing the entire list of records

After contact with MS Support they said This is current system behavior with NewLook.

Suggested improvement: Our suggestion is to fix the bug with the tabbed section to not crop the list of records. With the old look it looks correct and we would appreciate if it would look the same with the new look as well
