BUG - Change from Potential Customer to Account for Oppty convert to Work Order
When converting an opportunity from Opportunity to Work Order you are reading from the Potential Customer field. You should not be using this field any more. Sometimes the Potential customer gets stuck on contact, and then you get an error when trying to convert. Please use the Account field on Opportunity, so that we never have this problem again.

We should NOT pay for system tables in our storage
Running a organization with D365 CE + Portals and Marketing. The webResourceBase and ribbonClientMetatdataBase consume more than 3 gb of data, and this is something we can't control! The CRM solution is pretty vanilla without custom ribbon and only 1 custom javascript. Tables like this should not count in our complete storage.

Timeline Navigation Hyperlinks
The timeline for Unified Interface is "broken". The hyperlink on the left side opens the user entity, when it should open the actual activity. It makes no sense at all to hyperlink to the user entity.
