CRM - Ability to allow formatting options like auto-expand for multiple-lines-of-text field in a Quick View form


In current situation we cannot perform formatting like auto-expand etc like we can do for regular fields, will be good to have this option available in upcoming releases
Due to this inability the end user experience is hampered, end user has to scroll to read the complete information.

Starting 8.2.1 Last viewed form does not show up for associated entity activities


Build - 8.2.1.371

Issue - Last used form does not show up on next visit instead it goes to the default form, this used to work fine on 8.1

Exact Repro Steps -
Open any Account/Contact entity record
Navigate to associated Activities
Create new email/appointment etc...

Deactivated Records are Being Displayed in Hierarchy View

Currently the Hierarchy view is not filtering records based on state/status code. As a result all the inactive records also shows up in this view
