Have a sync custom workflow activity registered on Email entity create message
After this email is created this workflow triggers & updates Subject, other fields of this Email & regarding incident entity
If this created email is in any Status other than Draft, this workflows fails with a meaningful exception & as a result all the emails failed to be received.

Specific Ask - CRM application should handle this workflow exception well, it should not block/break the emails from being processed.
