Build - 8.2.1.371

Issue - Last used form does not show up on next visit instead it goes to the default form, this used to work fine on 8.1

Exact Repro Steps -
Open any Account/Contact entity record
Navigate to associated Activities
Create new email/appointment etc.
Switch the forms from form selector
Close it & then click on new email again

Actual Behavior -
It shows up the default form instead of the last used/selected form

Expected Behavior -
It should show up the last used form

Ask - Since acceptable workaround is available raising this with PG team for future remediation.
