Hi,

We have quite a number of customers who have moved the management of their team mailboxes into D365 CE using queues.

As with many mailboxes, there are emails from senders who could easily be classed as Junk/spam email senders. It would be great if there was a function in D365 CE to block future emails from specific senders without having to log into outlook online etc.

What this could look like for a user is that when they open an email in CRM, there is a button to block emails from the sender. When used, D365 CE would then apply the blocking via native Exchange Online integration that would mimic a user going to Exchange online and applying there.

This would save time for Users having to remove repeat spam/junk mail from their queues on almost a daily basis.

Thank you for your feedback.

Currently this is not in our roadmap; however, we are tracking it and if we get more feedback and votes, we may consider it in the future.

We also need a phishing button, to be able to report potential hazard emails to the security team. Similar to what we have in Outlook. Now I have to resend the email to an email address, instead of clicking a button.

I love this idea to have less emails to manage that are spam/junk

Just a suggestion of how you can do this with configuration/customization.

We added a spam button on our case. When the user clicks it, it cancels the case as spam and marks the contact as a spammer. Then we set it up in our ARC rule not to create cases if the contact is a spammer.
