Currently we don’t support look up for capture form field. And also auto complete is not an option for marketing app. So if this feature is added in the marketing app, as how it is in the sales app will be great for the product users.
Add attachment to Marketing Forms
As with other Marketing tools, users should have the option to +Add a file to particular Marketing Forms. Could you create a section within the Files tab that stores the submissions related to this +Add a file option?

The Form capture retrieves values submitted in the external form. We cannot validate the external form, which wasn't created in D365 Marketing. If you need to implement entered values validation, you can add some validation rules to the external form using Javascript, or you can create a form in D365 Marketing and add embed the form into your website.
