When creating a new real-time marketing form in Customer Insights - Journeys, the template selection pop-up only displays templates that match the default target audience set in the form settings (e.g., Contacts or Leads). As a result, users cannot see or select templates created for other audiences unless they manually change the default audience setting beforehand.
Why this is problematic:
- Limited Visibility: It makes it difficult to manage and reuse form templates effectively.
- Inconsistent Experience: Users may be confused as to why their templates are missing from the selection list.
Suggested Improvement:
Display all available templates, regardless of the default audience setting, when opening the template picker. Ideally, allow users to filter or switch between audiences directly within the pop-up.
