Create Dynamic Forms Using Marketing App for D365
We have customers that need the ability to create dynamic forms using Marketing for D365. Here are a few examples of what we are looking for: 1. Based on the answer to 1 field, hide/display other fields (MOST IMPORTANT) 2. Based on where the form is displayed, hide/display fields 3. Based on w...
I want to be able to upload PDF.
We would like to put a link to a PDF file when creating a marketing page. Currently, only image files can be uploaded. We hope that we will be able to upload files other than image files, and improve them so that we can put a link on that file. Also, even if we rewrite the html so that the URL...
Real-time marketing asset library now supports PDF file type support. We are planning on introducing this feature to the default asset library in Wave 1 2023. Thanks, PM, Microsoft
Hidden Form Field Type
Allow for a hidden form field type when creating marketing forms.
Thank you for your feedback. For clarity, we currently support hidden fields only for textfields and checkboxes. We will consider expanding this to all fields. Sincerely, Georgios Alexandros Balafoutis, Microsoft.
Non-mapped Form Fields
Allow for creation of form fields that are not mapped to a lead or contact record.
Thank you for your idea!
We have released this feature as a part of September 2020 Early Access features.

Improved (re)Captcha for Marketing Forms
The current Captcha we can insert into marketing forms looks really outdated and is difficult for users to read/enter. The visibility/usability on mobile devices is also bad. Newer/other versions of Captcha like re(captcha) or captchas that only pop up sometimes after pressing submit are much bet...
Thank you for your feedback. This is a common suggestion from our customers. We will consider it in our roadmap. Sincerely, Georgios Alexandros Balafoutis, Microsoft.
Enable "Save As Template" for Marketing Pages and Forms, not just Emails

Apply multiple matching strategy rules
Apply multiple matching strategy rules At this moment we can only apply one matchingrule. Like the way Duplicate Detection works, we would like to match on more criteria to get a higher change on matching. F.e. possibilty to check on first name, last name and birth date.
Thank you for your feedback. This is a great suggestion! We will consider this in our roadmap. Sincerely, PM, Microsoft |
Create a form capture based on a specific form, not a specific webpage.
Currently you have to create a form capture for every separate webpage/ url. If the same form, fe. the newsletter form, is placed in the footer over a 100 pages. You have to create 100 separate form captures in stead of 1 form capture capturing this form at all webpages/urls.
Thank you for your feedback. We are going to review this idea for possible implementation. Sincerely, Petr Jantac, Microsoft |
Smart forms
Forms with intelligence: Like surveys: Depending on the answers of previous questions, extra questions show up on form.
Thank you for your feedback. This is something that more and more customers need. We will consider it in our roadmap. Sincerely, Georgios Alexandros Balafoutis, Microsoft.
Support Lookup Fields on Marketing Forms
Currently, we cannot add lookup type fields to a Marketing form as lookup is not supported by the app. Can you please update this to support/allow lookup type fields. For example, if Source Campaign is a lookup field - allow me to add that field to the form - default the value - and hide it.
We have released this feature as a part of the functionality in February 2020.
