We would like the ability to setup an automatic email send once a Marketing Form is submitted. This involves capturing the data that was submitted, and through the Marketing Form Editor specify an email(s) that would receive a email response when the form is submitted. This email response would contain the form data and the name of the form that was submitted. Example Email Response: To: Marketing Manager, Other Members From: Marketing D365 Admin Subject: [Form Submitted] {FORM NAME} Body: { FORM NAME } submitted on {DATETIME} [ Full Name: John Doe ] [ Email: John@doe.com ] [ Phone: 1234567890 ] [ Comment: Hello please call me back ] This is a must for our company and right now we are attempting a convoluted/ugly work-around that takes time to implement.

Are there any news on this?

Right now there is only possibility to send out a notification to user only when the contact is created through the form. I have looked everywhere, but couldn't link Marketing form submission to Marketing form TO contact and the data on the submission. This would be really helpful, especially because we have contacts, who fill out multiple forms (different types) and would like to be notified, when they do.

It is a must for a marketing platform.

We also really need this notification messages in our organisation (higher education), to inform the staff at the different faculties of our university.

In Addition,

Currently the only way to view "Form Submissions" is under the Insights tab on the Marketing Form itself. However this view is not very user-friendly, and the entity is not accessible. Meaning, I cannot create a workflow on form submissions because the entity data doesn't exist. I think that the form submissions should be its own entity that can be queried on the "Advanced Find" and this would also consequently give a simple and good solution for a workflow to solve my main request.
