There needs to be a simplified view for employees on their leave balances:

When they go to their self service and click view balances, they should just see:

Type | Amount Taken | Accrual Amount | Upcoming Leave | Requested - Pending Approval | Balance Remaining

Annual Leave | -12.5 | 1.67 days | 1.5 | 1 | 5

This is cleaner, clear and easy to understand, employees cant currently see future upcoming & requested balances in their view and have to manually figure out what they have remaining
