In Microsoft Customer Insights – Journeys, the current email insights grid (under the “Insights” tab for each email) is helpful for basic analytics, but it is very limited in terms of flexibility and actionable insights. As of now, it only displays a few columns such as:

  • Recipient Email
  • Timestamp
  • Profile
  • Profile Type
  • Profile ID
  • Variation Sent

These fields are insufficient for in-depth campaign performance tracking and make it difficult for marketers to analyze key engagement metrics at a glance.


It would be highly beneficial if this report also included fields like Company Name and Phone Number associated with the recipient. This would enable cross-functional teams, especially sales and support, to quickly access contact details and efficiently follow up on campaign engagement without navigating through multiple records.
