Ability to add a new Lot Number during Stock Count Entry even when there's a negative variance
New lot numbers can be added in Stock Count Entry when there's a positive variance. However, if the variance is negative, this message pops up, "Please select an existing lot number. Lot numbers cannot be added from this window."
