Outlook Integration for Shared Mailbox
Hi These days many company uses shared mailbox for their team specially customer service. But Outlook Integration does not work with shared mailbox. Can you please make it possible that BC Outlook Integration works with shared mailbox? Thanks

it would be very usefull to have the "Send Email Button" in every document that is needed for correspondence with clients and vendors.
Actually "Send Email Button" is missing in following Documents:

Enable records in a virtual table to be exported
Currently, exporting records in a virtual table is not supported.
However, the action of extracting records is a necessary behavior when managing data, so it must be available as a feature.
