When setting-up e-mail accounts, all current connectors do not work in multi-tenant environments.

-> These connectors only work, if the exchange services are activated in the tenant where Business Central is running.


Scenario:

Tenant A - used for managment of Office 365, Exchange, etc.

Tenant B - used for Business Central.

 

The users from Tenant A, have been synchronised with cross tenant sync as users to Tenant B and assigned licenses to Business Central However, their mailbox, office 365 licenses remain in Tenant A.


The connector should support the described scenario, which seems not uncomon for larger companies.
