SSL binding should be built into the Web Services installer, like Web Client

Currently, NETSH commands are required to bind the Web Services endpoint with SSL. This should be added to the Web Services installer so the binding is done at installation, just like it's currently set up for the Web Client installation.

Install Web Services with TLS 1.0 disabled

Currently when installing GP Web Services on a server, I need to enable TLS 1.0 in order to install it, and then disabled it afterwards. My request is to change the installer, so that I can install web services, without having to enable TLS 1.0.

TLS 1.2 compatability for GP Web Services Installer

PCI-compliant companies are already disabling TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1. Even Microsoft plans to remove support for these from their browsers. TLS 1.2 needs to be implemented if GP Web Services continues to be supported.
