.NET Core is going to become the "core" of the new .NET which will combine the .NET framework and .NET Core into one platform. However, .NET Core does not allow us to create a connection to GP Dynamics web services because of its age and methodology. In order to utilize .NET Core as the base for any development of future web sites and software we need GP Web Services to be able to "talk" with this platform. They are both Microsoft products, so this should not be out of the question - especially for customers who are for all intents and purposes a Microsoft shop. GP Dynamics web services are in need of being brought into the present age of technology.

This would certainly help stabilize the MS environment that the market is pushing towards. Get off the SOAP train and move towards a REST API.
