環境内のViewが5000件以上でもApp Designer で実施したビューの有効化設定が保持される

通常App Designer で実施したビューの有効化設定が保持され、各アプリから有効化されたViewが閲覧できる。 しかし、現在、環境内のViewが5000件以上の場合、App Designer で実施したビューの有効化設定が保持されない場合がある。 これを改善し5000件以上(10000件等)の数のViewの有効化設定が保持できるようにして頂きたい。

Allow the user to search for fields in related tables.

Enable search fields that are stored on related tables of the context entity. Currently the users can only search on a entity list by the fields of the current entity. It will be helpfull if the users could also search for fields on related entities.
