Item tracing functionality, only access to customer and vendor records with writing rights.
Users with read only access cannot check to what customer the item tracing leads to, this action would need a read privilege as well as the write privilege, this is informative information that does require any changes.

The record of the estimated landed cost for the purchase order is available in transactions - Settlements. and its not available in the voucher

If you create purchase order Cost amount = 10000 purchase order invoiced amount.
And landed cost estimate = 1000
In transactions details:
Adjustment = 1000 = Estimate of the service landed cost.
Putting this request in front of the team owning landed cost.
