  • No Factbox with Vendor contacts

    Users from purchase department need to look for contact persons of vendor very often. Therefore they have to go to vendors master data and use function 'View contacts' in order to jump into list of available contacts. In form with customer master data we have a fact box, where one could immediately recognize the contacts of a customer w/o having to open another form. To make this fact box more useable, the function of the contact person (Purchase manager, CEO, Project manager, ...) should be included in Fact box as well - rather then the phone number. The benefit of the fact box comes from quick identification of required contact person and his/her function. Once it is identified, then user still can jump to contact person details.

  • Sales agreement notes at line level

    As soon as the sales agreement is confirmed with an external note at line level, updated after that by deleting the note and confirmed again, the note at line level remains at the confirmation (and the other way around).
  • Can we restrict this field "Net Amount" to non editable for all users.

    Users can change the "Net Amount VAT" in sales/purchase quotation. Partner requested us to restrict all the users for non editable.

In test environment new update 10.0.5 with PU 29 updated after we ask user to test new update and they informed us that they can change Net Amount Without VAT ,Total Amount With VAT in quotation The user Allow delete the payment after invoicing The user Allow to cancel the Sales order after invoicing The user Allow to change the Worker ID and Wrh. on the Header, then automatically will Reflected on the Lines. also he can print the same invoice with new Wrh. ( the cash which is Already invoiced before ) also can print the return invoice with New worker ID.
  • Purchase agreement workflow reset

    The workflow of a purchase agreement is reset if you modify any field on the purchase agreement. you would like to change this so that they can choose which fields reset the workflow. Similar functionality is available for PO's with a purchasing policy called 'Re-Approval rule for Purchase Orders' -To allow this feature for Purchase agreements?
  • Job card terminal,check attachments on job for the production oder. the attachments from the BOM line is not shown

    In standard D365 attachments from the following levels are shown on the job in the job card terminal:Production itemBOM headerRoute headerRoute operationProduction orderProduction BOM lineProduction Route operationwhy are attachments from the BOM lines not shown. this seems Obvious and necessary in a business context to add attachments to the masterdata from the BOM, for example to be able to see a drawing linked to a bom component. now we need customization to do this or we need to add the drawings each time to the prodbomlines, which is not business process friendly nor user-friendly.
  • You must set all coverage planned dimensions before you can define minimum and maximum stock

    Description of problem: Unable to define item coverage when 'coverage planned by dimension' is enabled in storage dimension group for site, warehouse and inventory status. And for batch in tracking dimension group. Error message: You must set all coverage planned dimensions before you can define minimum and maximum stock.

The inventory of a product variant is segmented in "VITESSE" and "WEBSHOP" inventory statuses. From a sales order line for item "21000/01", site "Site 1", warehouse "NLWHSL", Size "8½", Color "BLUE" and inventory status "VITESSE": - The ATP overview is incorrectly showing starting "On hand" as 6 (expected: 1) - The ATP overview is incorrectly showing starting "ATP" as 5 (expected: 0) - The calculated delivery date is incorrect as further ATP calculation over time is incorrect
  • Intrastat vendor arrival/despatch country information incorrect

    With regards to transaction which involves Vendors and the direction of the transaction is Dispatches the reported “country/ region of the sender” is not correct, similarly for Vendor transactions the country /region of destination information relating to Arrivals is also not correct.
  • Inventory aging feature

    Company name(LINAK) is relying heavily on the inventory aging feature to control the age of their inventory. However it isn’t updating when using Transfer journals or if updating the age directly in the License plate list page.
