  • Add the Delivery FastTab in the Prospect Manage Addresses form

In all the AX and D365 FO builds, the Delivery FastTab is not available for the Prospect when going to the Manage Addresses form. The Delivery fasttab is available only in the Customer Manage Addresses form. 1. Go to Sales and Marketing | Relationships | Prospects | All Prospects. 2. Go to the Address Fast tab | More Options | Advanced to view the Manage Addresses (LogisticsPostalAddress) form. 3. Notice that the Delivery FastTab does not exist for Prospects. The customer would like to be able to view this information as well for the Prospect
  • Have the ability to show the ABN Number on the Vendor Tax invoices created from a Purchase Order

In D365 through the LCS query link below, https://fix.lcs.dynamics.com/Issue/Details?bugId=427250&dbType=3&qc=d3b45e524bd285606ad680137d5035e0cf71f5f93f7a125773f0029388628f0a The scenario below does not show the ABN number for the Vendor tax invoice linked to a PO: When creating a vendor tax invoice (without PO), system automatically pick up the ABN (Australian Business Number) number. But when creating a vendor tax invoice based on a PO, system doesn’t pick up ABN number of vendors. Users have to manually update it. ***[BUSINESS PROCESS] *** 1. Go to AP module or workspace Vendor invoice tax entry 2. Create a vendor tax invoice without a PO - on the header you will see the ABN number is displayed. 3. Create another vendor tax invoice but based on a purchase order the ABN is not displayed on the header REMARKS ABN number could be shown when user switches to invoice header view. Our customer would like to request the same feature to be available for vendor tax invoices from a PO to work the same way as without the PO where the ABN numbers are shown on the lines as well instead of just on the header.
  • Post the intercompany journals to the Intercompany account using the default dimension that is set to Not Fixed or to the dimensions used by the Main account when multi line journal is used

Our customer would like to see a feature where the Default dimension values that are setup as Not Fixed against the Main Account is honored when posting intercompany journals. In our customer's scenario, the intercompany account is setup as an example: Legal entity override setup: Intercompany account: 12345 Dimension 1; Blank not fixed Dimension 2: Blank not fixed Dimension 3: Blank not fixed Dimension 4 - 12 - not fixed The general journal contains multi line journals and the users split the lines for the Debit vs the Credit as the Credits need to post to the intercompany accounts setup. When posting, because the default is set to Not fixed and there are blank dimensions, the system errors with: You must select a value in the #### field in combination with the following dimension values that are valid. The error is occurring because the dimension is updating with a blank value. The behavior for the Not Fixed default dimension is also described in LCS link below: https://fix.lcs.dynamics.com/Issue/Details?bugId=535110&dbType=3&qc=63ffe58d8f258dd11eb57ebfa0f3a0e3bfc38c643533f44d84d702a3f9b1afde We would like the system to work either: 1. The same way as when the offset value is in one line. The system copies over the dimension values from the Main Account to the offset account. 2. Honor the default dimension value that is setup even though this is set to not fixed to prevent the error message during the posting process.

  • Have the ability to generate the attachments using Print Management as well together with the documents being printed

Have the ability to generate the attachments using Print Management as well together with the documents being printed. Currently print management only allows the setup for the D365 documents. (Free text, Sales order, purchase orders etc.) There is currently no way to generate or include attachments via print management.
  • Reset the accounting distributions on ALL Open/Received PO's in one go after change are made to a posting setup

The request is to extend the Purchase Order Distribution Reset feature to allow for the reset process to be applied to multiple purchase orders in one go instead of doing one Purchase order at a time especially for scenarios where there are changes to the accounting distributions or posting account setup.
  • Have the option to setup Intercompany Journal posting to prevent Actual Sales Tax amount to be larger than transaction amount

In D365, users are able to post intercompany Accounts Payable invoices with an Actual Tax amount larger than the transaction amount. This is detailed in the LCS link below: https://fix.lcs.dynamics.com/Issue/Details?bugId=602138&dbType=3&qc=02e218dc39f7159ce6336e226ae83c186f065f325a122529b10dbca08bfdb7d0 Our customer would like to have the option to select whether they allow this or not as in regular transactions, this errors with the warning: Posting results for journal batch number 00632Voucher APIN000055 Transaction amount should be larger than VAT amount when 'Amount incl. sales tax' is marked. The customer would like to have the option to set this up as well for the intercompany transactions
  • Cleanup routine to delete Automation history logs for the automation job Match vendor invoice lines with product receipts

When the Process automation is used for the Vendor Payment proposal, the system uses the Match vendor invoice lines with product receipts automation job to run the process. This currently updates the Automation history with the logs of each of the processes run against the invoice. over time the entries can grow depending on the number of attempts done against the invoice. There currently is no cleanup routine available to cleanup the unwanted/not needed entries and the users would like to have the ability to cleanup this log.
  • Allow users to cancel/reverse Purchase Order prepayments if the prepayment is no longer required

Appreciate you taking the time to feedback. We however do not have any plans to provide this support for SCM Procurement and Sourcing.

  • Have the ability to change the default time entries from 11:59:59 to something else

In D365 HR, when date and time are viewed, the system automatically defaults the time to 11:59:59 similar to the Terminate workers form. The customer would like to have a way to change the default time so that it follows the current time or default to a different time.
