  • Allow making project stage change in Flow/PowerApps

    Hi, At the moment it is not possible to make change to the project stage when using PowerApps / Flow. This is a main disadvantage and should be fixed. Many thanks, Ludwig

  • MS Flow - D365FO Project Integration

    Hi, As of today it is not possible updating a project in D365FO with the help of Microsoft Flow. Example: Trying to update the project stage is not possible because changes are not allowed to this field. Example 2: Yet, even changes to the name, email or other fields, such as default project financial dimensions fail because of a problem with the MSFlow D365FO connector for making updates. Suggestion: Allow users making updates to D365FO project with the help of MS Flow especially for the following fields: (a) Project stage (b) Default findims Many thanks, Ludwig

    Hi, We need a comprehensive form or report that allows us to inquire what roles where assigned to a users on a specific date, within a specific date range, etc. and who made those changes.   • German Annual Sales Tax Report

    Hi, German companies are required to create and submit an annual sales tax report according to Par. 18 Sec 3 of the German sales tax law. At the moment we don't have such a report and functionality available in D365FO. Would be great if you could make it available for all German D365FO users. Many thanks, Ludwig

    Hi, Can you make the fixed asset depreciation forecast report generally available for all countries and all users? It has been requested for a long time - already back in AX2009 - but the community is still waiting for a generally available report or online analysis form.   • On hold functionality customers

    Hi, The standard on hold functionality that can be used for customers is quite restrictive and does not allow users configuring holds that - for example - allow recording payments while stopping the creation / confirmation of orders and alike. What we need is a more flexible configuration that allows users specifying what processes shall be allowed and which ones shall not be allowed to be executed. The project management and accounting module has a similar configuration for project stages. Would be great if something similar could be created for customer (and ideally also vendor) holds.   • Electronic Reporting - Source other than SharePoint

    Hi, Currently SharePoint is the only online source that can be used for importing data automatically into D365FO with the help of Electronic Reporting. There is a need in the dynamics community to make use of other sources, such as Azure, OneDrive, etc. as well. It would be great if those integration sources could also be made available.   • New tax engine - need multiple tax registrations for the same customer for the different customer addresses

    Hi, The new tax engine / service has currently a limitation of the tax registration that can be set up for a customer / vendor. At the moment the tax registration applies to all addresses of the customer / vendor even though the customer might have different tax registrations for his different addresses. To avoid problems with the tax calculation and reporting it seems necessary allowing the setup and application of different tax registrations for a single customer / vendor for his different addresses.   • Electronic Reporting - Dataverse integration

    Hi, At the moment one can set up electronic reports in RCS that integrate into Dataverse. This is currently not possible from within a single company in F&O. Request for change: Enable a dataverse integration in electronic reports within F&O directly that allows a combined reporting of data from F&O and dataverse. Justification: This is needed for a number of scenarios for example to create reports - such as the fixed asset report - where the fixed asset data is not tracked in F&O directly but in other subsystems/D365 tools. Other use cases are related to the collection of transactional / statistical data that are collected - for example - via PowerPlatform applications. If those data are needed for reporting purposes, a parallel / secondary Dataverse datasource must be available for selection. Many thanks, Ludwig
  • D365 Electronic Reporting - Dataverse Integration

    Hi,

    An integration between Dataverse & D365Finance is needed via the Electronic Reporting framework within D365Finance.

    This is needed for example for creating documents such as invoices that need to include Finance and Dataverse data.

    Especially the integration with 'surrounding' apps, such as Project Operations, Field Service and alike necessitate this integration.
