  • Linkage cases & associated activities (tasks)

    Hi,

    Case categories can be setup in a way that a task is automatically created. Making use of this functionality automatically creates an activity when the case is created.

    Gap: When the case is closed the activity (Task) is not automatically closed and vice versa.

    Would be great if this association of cases and activities could be fixed so that both are held synchrnonous.

  • Attach customer invoices to collection letters send out by email to customers

    Hi, Running the collection letter process allows generating a collection letter document that can be send out to the customer for example by email. This is a great functionality. What is missing though is that one wants to attach the invoices included in the collection letter to this email that goes out to the customer. That is because many customers call once they receive their collection letters and ask for a copy of the invoice(s). Sending them directly with the collection letter alleviates and speeds up this process. Would be great if this could be implemented with one of the next releases. Many thanks, Ludwig

  • Fixed Asset - GL reconciliation information

    Hi, Currently, we do not have a report that allows us reconciling fixed asset and ledger balances. It would be great if you could either create a new reconciliation report or - alternatively - add the following columns to the fixed asset balances report: - Acquisition date - Amortization period - Fixed asset balance (net book value) - Ledger balance - Difference (between fixed asset balance and ledger balance) Many thanks and best regards, Ludwig

  • Identification of transactions recorded in closing sheets

    Hi, Currently, it is quite difficult identifying adjustments that have been posted for year-end in the closing sheets. Especially if adjustments are made in different closing periods with the same posting date, it is currently not possible differentiating those postings and periods in the Management Reporter. Suggestion: Create a new default description that generates automatic postings texts for the year end closing vouchers and that users can configure in a way that the closing period id and other information are automatically included in the descriptive text field that is posted with the voucher.   • Collection letter process - exclude customers with negative balances

    Hi, At the moment it is possible to create collection letters for customers that have an overall negative balance. Example: Transaction 1: Customer invoice for $1000 and a due date 01 April Transaction 2: Credit note for $1500 and a due date 06 June If you run the collection letter process with a cut off date 31 May, the customer will receive a collection letter even though his overall balance is negative (-$500). Would be great if you can create a parameter that allows us avoiding to send out collection letters in this case. Many thanks, Ludwig

  • Posted sales tax inquiry - filter missing

    Hi, Clicking the posted sales tax inquiry menu item opens the respective form. Interestingly, there is no preset filter and as a result, opening the form might take a long time. Suggestion: Please allow users defining preset filters that are applied when opening the form and retrieving the records. Thanks, Ludwig

  • Project timesheet description

    Hi, We need the ability to define a posting text that is used for generating the timesheet voucher. At the moment the voucher is simply created with the text 'timesheet'. Users should be able to enter a description instead and if they do not enter it the default description for timesheet postings - that currently does not exist - should be used. Thanks, Ludwig
